1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ChatOne (the "Service"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with Chat1 Limited ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service and delete the application.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must provide a valid phone number to register. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Accuracy: You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and will be kept up-to-date.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use ChatOne only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal Acts: Using the service for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Abuse: Harassing, bullying, stalking, or threatening other users.
- Spam: Sending bulk unsolicited messages or automated communications.
- Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer the app, bypass encryption, or inject malicious code.
4. User Content & License
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the messages, photos, and videos you send.
License to Us: To provide the Service (e.g., delivering messages, hosting your "Moments"), you grant Chat1 Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Public Content: Content shared in "Moments" or public discovery areas is visible to others based on your privacy settings.
5. End-to-End Encryption
ChatOne prioritizes your privacy through End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for private chats and calls.
Privacy: We cannot read your private messages or listen to your calls.
Responsibility: You are responsible for your device security. If you lose access to your device or account keys, we cannot recover your encrypted message history.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the ChatOne app (including logos, code, UI design, and features) are the exclusive property of Chat1 Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat1 Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. ChatOne is provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
